3. Booking, Confirmation, and Payment
3.1 Booking
Bookings can be made online, by phone, or via email.
Once a booking is received, a confirmation email will be sent.
Availability is not guaranteed until confirmation is issued.
3.2 Payment
A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm a reservation.
Payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile payment options via secure gateways.
Final payment must be completed by the date indicated in the invoice or confirmation.
3.3 Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations, park fee changes, or other external factors.
Prices include applicable government taxes unless otherwise stated.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:

Ensure they are physically fit for safari and outdoor travel activities.
Follow park regulations and guide instructions at all times.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
5. Cancellations, Modifications, and Refunds

Refunds vary based on how early cancellation is requested.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 7 days) may not be eligible for refunds.
Modifications are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.

WilpattuSafari.lk is not liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Health insurance for unforeseen accidents or illnesses during the trip.
