We had an amazing two night stay with Kalum and family. The room was very large and very comfortable. We had delicious food and the highest levels of hospitality. I very much recommend staying here!

WOW. We had the most incredible time. Fantastic location, the friendliest & most knowledgable hosts & amazing food. They made sure all of our safari wishes were met.Would also recommend the bird watching walk around the lake!Such a beautiful place & wonderful people.

Excellent value for your money - clean and newly renovated ovated cottages. The hosts as very friendly, food was delicious and we even got to do a night walk to spot some loris.They also have a cat Anna which I thought was pretty unique as its half wild cat half regular pet cat and whilst friendly to humans always hunts her own food.Overall, fantastic price quality relationship and a great lodge to spend a few nights in. They also offer safari services and we got to see leopards, birds, snakes, etc. Thank you!

We had a two night stay at wildpattu wild villa to enjoy a safari and were very happy that we booked this one! Very friendly people, deliciously homemade food, coffee and tea upon arrival and whenever we wanted, nice and clean rooms, breakfast and lunch packages provided during the safari, nothing that we would change. We absolutely recommend this for people looking for a stay in combination with the safari, you will not have to think about a single thing during your stay.

Our stay at this property was a delightful surprise, far surpassing our expectations. The place was even more stunning in person than the photos suggested, and it truly exceeded what we had anticipated. The location was perfect—peaceful, serene, and offering a sense of tranquility, while also providing all the comforts we needed for a relaxing stay. The owner went above and beyond by arranging a safari in Wilpattu National Park, where we had the incredible opportunity to spot leopards in their natural habitat. The safari experience itself was unforgettable, filled with excitement and awe. Additionally, the food served was both flavorful and well-priced, making for a satisfying dining experience throughout our stay. Overall, everything from the accommodation to the activities and meals made this a memorable and enjoyable getaway.

My girlfriend and I spent two nights in Wilpattu wild villa in september 2024.The rooms were very nice and clean and the resort is very quiet.The food was delicious and we went on a great full-day safari in the national park.The stuff was very welcoming and friendly.Definitely recommended!

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by our stay, as the property was even better than the pictures suggested. The location is great for those who want some peace and quiet along with comfort. The owner who is also a naturalist, was very friendly and even shared his birding knowledge. The food was tasty and reasonably priced, but what stood out most was the thoughtful breakfast the owner packed for us at 5:30 am for our trip to Wilpattu Park.
