Full refund, excluding any non-refundable third-party charges (e.g., payment gateway fees or accommodation cancellation fees). -
7 to 14 Days Before Tour Date:
50% refund of the total amount paid. -
Less than 7 Days Before Tour Date:
No refund will be issued due to resource allocation and logistics already in place.
Note: Refund requests must be made via email to info@wilpattusafari.lk with the booking reference number.
2. No-Shows and Late Arrivals

No-Shows: Customers who do not show up for the tour without prior notice will not be eligible for any refund.

Late Arrivals: Delays caused by the customer may result in missed portions of the tour. Refunds or rescheduling in such cases are not guaranteed.

3. Cancellation by WilpattuSafari.lk
In rare cases, we may need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, vehicle breakdown, or safety concerns.
